Our NDT Business

Aerohoff was incorporated in August 2000 by its founder James Hofer. We have grown the business to support aerospace, aviation, pipeline, wind turbine, race cars, marine, machine shops, oil refineries, military air fields, etc. Aerohoff received our FAA Repair Station license (I9OR058X) in 2006. Since then we have supported commercial airliners, small engine aircraft, corporate jets, helicopters, gliders, and other aircraft. In 2017, we received our Textron Citation certification and perform these unique inspections. Aerohoff is a mobile FAA certified NDT lab and can perform NDT inspection sat any location world-wide.

RL3

NAS410 is the national standard for qualification and certification of NDT personnel in the aerospace/ aviation industry. Any company that supports return-to-service NDT, must have a level 2 signing the paperwork that either also has an A&P license themselves, or also the NDT technician is part of their own repair station. An A&P mechanic cannot sign for another third party NDT technicains work. That company MUST also have a delegated Responsible Level 3 (RL3). Aerohoff can represent your NDE department or company as the delegated RL3. We will keep your company up to date with the current mandates of NAS410 and keep your technicians certified properly.
